Provide administrative support to office staff in a fast paced professional environment
Perform routine administrative tasks including, but not limited to arranging internal/external meetings, domestic/international travel planning, open purchase requisitions, screen phone calls, as well as manage executives' schedules/calendars with Microsoft Outlook
Greet customer and vendor visitors
Maintain the professionalism and presentation of the office space
Manage the operator extension for inbound calls
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
Excellent computer skills: MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word) Requires ability to manage a wide variety of complex and confidential administrative functions
Problem solving skills are required to solve complex problems with versatility, flexibility and a willingness to working within constantly changing priority
Assist with creation of sales proposals and other supporting functions for the sales team
Good written and oral communication skills

Handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Exhibit an inquisitive nature and be resourceful, eager and able to learn quickly
Requires interaction with internal and external domestic/international customers with a high level of professionalism
Ability to communicate effectively and discreetly when handling sensitive and highly confidential matters is a prerequisite
Must be a team player, but have the ability to work independently on assigned projects
Meticulous attention to detail is essential
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
Associates Degree preferred
