| RESPONSIBILITIES |
- Manage local staffing, including recruitment, supervision, scheduling, development, evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
- Establish and maintain regular communications with the organization's staff, vendors, and customer base
- Assist in the provisioning of services, including servers (Windows, Linux), network changes and assist with internal IT initiatives
- Ensure team performance that meets or exceeds established metrics for billable time, ticket management and product loyalty
- Interface with customers to audit quality, track project timelines and ensure the highest customer satisfaction

| SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS |
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft products
- Strong knowledge of routing and firewall technologies
- Fundamental knowledge of email, storage, power and data center technologies
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure design and planning
- Strong understanding of project management principles
- Participating in process creation and evaluation for the Technical Services Group
* Previous experience with service ticketing systems is a benefit |

| EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION |
Bachelors Degree or better AND/OR 5 Years as Technician or Engineer for an IT service provider
Salary is commensurate with experience |
