• Pre-sales and post sales technical activities
• Deliver end user and administrator training
• Support pre-sales presentation and demonstrations
• RFP and proposal response technical support
• Installation and configuration of ShoreTel projects
• Management of service tickets through Kriteriums ticketing system

• Strong working knowledge of IP routing, QoS, telecom products and VOIP technologies
• Strong knowlegde of Microsoft Outlook and Windows Server
• Project Management of phone system and WAN projects
• Ability to plan for and run an effective planning meeting
• Interest in participating in industry events such as conferences, seminars and lunch and learn events

• Experience designing and deploying emerging technology and evangelizing emerging markets is highly desired
• Comfortable with speaking to small groups
• Motivated to create and grow relationships within the industry
• Familiarity with the IP-Voice market and its competitive landscape are highly desired

Minimum of 2 years experience with telephony, PBX installations and telecom design

Salary is commensurate with experience

Previous experience with ShoreTel is a bonus!
